2. Booking & Availability

All cleaning appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. When making a booking, clients must provide accurate contact information, the correct service address, and clear instructions for property access. Failure to do so may result in delays or service rescheduling.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable. Payment is required upon completion of the service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept various payment methods such as cash, bank transfer, or secure digital options. Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request. Unpaid services may lead to cancellation of future bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total service cost. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a call-out fee may also be charged.

5. Service Liability & Damages

However, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to items that are fragile, not properly secured, or already in a state of disrepair. If any issue arises, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service so that we may investigate and resolve it appropriately.
